Shipping & returns
Exchange and Guarantee Policies:
For exchanges and returns, keep in mind that the product must be in perfect conditions with all labels on. You have 15 calendar days from the time of purchase to request an exchange. If the returned product shows signs of use, or fraud is suspected, we may refuse or delay returns.
Promotional products have no change or refund.
All products carry a label that specifies the care of the garment, in case of not obeying the instructions, you will not have the right to guarantees.
Currently sales to countries other than Colombia are final.
Dispatch your return:
Complete the digital returns form. Send your return by certified mail to our headquarters:
Calle 10 Oeste # 3-137 Altamar Building, 2nd floor.
(The cost of this shipment must be payed by the customer and in case of being accepted later it will be reimbursed)
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing of the return, the order number and the guide number.
Returns in store: Within the Colombian territory you can approach any of our stores with a copy of the invoice either on the cell phone or in print. Returns in store can only be redeemed in physical stores.
Guarantees for quality problems:
If one of our garments has a quality problem in a period of (30) calendar days after purchase, contact us through the contact button, enter your email and order number and the reasons for which you invoke the guarantee, the system will validate that the change is within the established period, once the period has expired you will not be able to process it.
Shipments in Colombia:
We offer shipments to all of Colombia, with Standard delivery times of 3-5 business days. These times are taking into account that the order is placed before 12pm.
Carolina Ronderos will only be responsible for the packages sent until they are signed as delivered. The signature of the delivery ensures that it was received to satisfaction.
We offer international shipping worldwide with delivery times between 5-10 business days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have up to 15 calendar days after receiving it to make a return by sending us an email to email@example.com.
Keep in mind that the product must be in perfect condition preserving the labels. Please use a registered shipping service that can track the shipment. We will only be responsible for shipments that are delivered correctly.
